Natalie White, Instructor of Precision Machining at the new Princeton Community High School Machine Shop is working with RPM Tool, Machine Shop foreman, Matt Stout to update a Hurco Milling Machine. The machining skills class is a great program to teach students a trade that is needed in the manufacturing industry and RPM Tool is proud to be a part of the internship program they offer to students.

Today, we are thrilled to announce that RPM Tool has reached an incredible milestone: 1,000 days with no recordable incidents! This achievement is a testament to the dedication and vigilance of our amazing team. To celebrate, we hosted a fun and delicious soup contest. The competition was fierce with soups such as Chili, taco soup, chicken noodle, chicken tortilla, white chili, and ham and bean, but in the end, one soup reigned supreme! ?? The winner not only earned bragging rights and a shiny trophy but also had the honor of choosing a charity to receive a $200 donation. Matt Stout was our winner with Chicken Dumpling Soup and his charity to give $200 is Pearl’s Memory Babies which helps with Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients. We are immensely proud of our employees for their commitment to safety in everything they do. Your hard work and attention to detail make RPM Tool a great place to work. Once the individual parts were machined to perfection, we pressed the bearing into the newly created part. Showcasing Precision and Skill at RPM Tool At RPM Tool, our machinists are the backbone of our operations, showcasing exceptional skill and precision in producing high-quality machined parts. Each month, we manufacture over 100 different parts, with some produced in hundreds or even thousands of units. In this video, you can see one of our skilled machinists operating a Hurco 3-axis CNC Milling Machine, enhanced with a rotator setup to function as a 4-axis machine. The process begins with a bar of round stock, which is meticulously milled into the finished product. Throughout the video, you’ll notice the use of various cutters, each playing a crucial role in achieving the final precision part. We are incredibly grateful for our talented employees, whose expertise and dedication ensure that we consistently deliver top-notch products to our clients.

In the plastic injection molding world, nothing is glamorous. This beauty cover being molded at RPM Tool is about as glamorous as it gets. Our team makes the processes go smoothly to create these injection molded parts. From receiving the material to make the part, to making sure the mold and machines are running smoothly and, to ship the part on time. Our team does an excellent job in these processes.

RPM Tool is streamlining shipping with a stretch wrap machine. In the fast-paced world of logistics, efficiency is key. For RPM Tool, ensuring that products are shipped securely and efficiently is paramount. One tool that has revolutionized the shipping process is the stretch wrap machine. It can make shipping multiple boxes much easier and why RPM Tool’s shipping department appreciates its benefits. A big thank you goes out to Shannell and Lexi in our shipping and receiving department. As one can see in this video, Shannell makes sending out multiple boxes of parts look easy by using the stretch wrap machine.

On July 26th, Matt and JD from RPM Tool joined other Gibson County members at the “Lunch with the Mayors” event held at the Old National Events Plaza. This gathering provided a valuable opportunity for attendees to learn about the latest developments and initiatives in the Southwest region of Indiana and Henderson, KY. The event featured insightful discussions and presentations, offering a comprehensive overview of the region’s progress and future plans. Matt and JD left the event with a deeper understanding of the area’s growth and the collaborative efforts driving its success

At RPM Tool, we believe in fostering a strong sense of community and camaraderie among our employees. To this end, we host monthly employee events that bring everyone together for some fun and relaxation. For the month of August, we held a delightful carry-in lunch and an exciting corn hole tournament on August 29, 2024. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who brought a covered dish. The variety of dishes was incredible, and everything was absolutely delicious. Your contributions made the lunch a memorable and enjoyable experience. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the corn hole tournament. It was a thrilling competition with some very close games, and we are pleased to announce the winners: First Place: Mater and Tony Second Place: Rich and Curt Congratulations to Mater and Tony for their outstanding performance and to Rich and Curt for their impressive second-place finish.
