The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing all social media accounts across all brands, graphic design, website management, label and brand design and artwork, coordinating events and tradeshows and booth design, email marketing, and other typical job duties for such a position. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives. • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across all social media platforms. • Create and design visual content, including graphics, videos, and animations, that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the brand's message effectively. • Maintain and update the company website, including creating and updating web pages, ensuring content is accurate and up-to-date, and optimizing for search engines. • Design and create all label and brand artwork, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. • Coordinate events and tradeshows, including booth design, promotional materials, and logistics. • Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, developing content, and analyzing campaign performance. • Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics, including social media engagement, website traffic, email open and click-through rates, and adjust strategies as needed. • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of funds across initiatives and campaigns. • Stay up to date with marketing trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with experience in social media management, graphic design, website management, and event coordination. • Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software. • Experience managing and optimizing social media accounts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective marketing content. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. • Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems for website development and maintenance. • Familiarity
