ThriveOn King: Where History Meets Possibility This isn’t just about buildings. It’s about people. It’s about stories. It’s about making sure the next generation sees what’s possible when we invest in our own communities. Bronzeville has always been a place of energy and progress and ThriveOn King is proof that when we come together we can turn a forgotten space into a foundation for the future. This is what happens when vision meets action and a community refuses to be forgotten. https://lnkd.in/eZJ2uzUg

This is Texas. Royal Capital is invigorated to set up our Texas satellite office. The City of Fort Worth has selected us as the master plan developer for the Evans and Rosedale Urban Village, which will include hundreds of apartments and commercial space. City officials and members of the Historic Southside Neighborhood Association have chosen us for our strong community engagement. Royal Capital proudly announces that the $150-million Thrive On King restoration has been awarded the 25th MANDI Husch Blackwell Building Blocks Award. This prestigious honor recognizes the 400,000 SF project's significant contribution to the community. In collaboration with the Greater Milwaukee Foundation and the Medical College of Wisconsin, Royal Capital transformed the former Gimbels-Schuster’s department store into a vibrant, six-story development. The building provides office space for our ThriveOn Collaboration partners, including the Greater Milwaukee Foundation headquarters and Medical College of Wisconsin offices. The development also features 90 upcoming affordable apartments, public community areas, a food hall, and the Malaika Early Learning Center. The first floor will house JobsWork MKE and the Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin. Additionally, the project includes a new 315-stall parking structure. Thrive On King stands as Milwaukee’s beacon for revitalization and sustainable living. Check out the MANDI award video below:
