    Did anyone else realize that Guns N' Roses were secretly working for the BUCAH carriers? "Welcome to the jungle, we got fun and games We got everything you want, honey, we know the names We are the people that can find whatever you may need If you got the money, honey, we got your disease" I mean, it even gets worse when they brag about putting you on your knees and making you bleed (money). I think many people can relate to the feeling of being lost in the jungle of healthcare. Luckily, there are plenty of companies that work together to help employees navigate the jungle. In fact, it takes a combination of predictive analytics (Rover AI) to identify who is progressing through diseases, good navigation from Medical Management companies (check out the book by Doug Geinzer), and also taking advantage of direct contracts for savings (also listed in his book). It may feel like a jungle, but once you have the right pieces in place, it's easy to get where the employee needs to go. But the first step is being in a setting where you have control over these pieces in the self-funded world because those fully insured carriers want to keep your employees lost in the jungle not knowing where to go.
