Today's case comes from Lucy He, MD, FAANS, Anchorage Neurosurgical Associates, Inc. (ANAI) performed at Alaska Regional Hospital, Alaska's first comprehensive stroke center since 2021. An impressive example of treating a basilar occlusion with #FreeClimb70 #PoweredbyTenzing: the final result was a 1 pass TICI2C, 19 minute procedure.
