Round Sky Solutions is a worker-owned cooperative that works with collaborative leaders, cooperators, nonprofits leaders, worker self directed non profit workers, and visionaries dedicated to being in a generative and shared relationship to leadership. You can learn about cooperative process tools in the Cooperative Leadership Certification Program, workshops, and through Organizational Management Trainings. Our community uses the tools of Collab to strengthen engagement, participation, transparency, and movement forward. Collab is our practical and holistic toolkit for democratic decision-making, communication, and leadership practices.
