Rothwell Figg secured a complete victory for Opticis Co., Ltd. in an IPR proceeding before the PTAB related to optical combiners. After being accused of patent infringement by Inneos in the Central District of California, Opticis filed an IPR petition challenging all the asserted claims in the litigation. The PTAB's Final Written Decision found all challenged claims unpatentable, delivering a total victory to Opticis. Partner Michael H.
