Have you thought about Rotary lately? You should - great people and great speakers every week.
AND THIS WEEK IS NO EXCEPTION - we welcome Ms. Blossom Puamohala Johnston is a kanaka tutu disrupting for greater good.
Idaho Partners for Good is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to reinvent how people give, share their expertise and do greater good together.?We work with donors AND we work with the nonprofits they care about and support. Donors need education to help them make more impact with their charitable investments. And, nonprofits need tailor-made services to be able to do more of what they do best.?
??We are able to provide free services for nonprofits because our funding comes primarily from our Consulting team, as well as donations. One of the primary differentiators between our consulting team and our competition is that Idaho Partners for Good invests our profits to develop stronger, healthier, better equipped nonprofits because they are the bedrock of our communities.
Ms. Blossom Puamohala Johnston is a kanaka tutu disrupting for greater good.??She started Idaho Partners for Good because both the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors need to be disrupted to generate more effective and equitable solutions. The mantra ?give better to get better? is the natural progression to help fulfill her life?s purpose, which is to improve the well-being of families and children. She has invested thirty-five years of service to more than 1000 nonprofits in all 44 Idaho counties and has a deep expertise in philanthropy, design thinking, leadership, and building strong nonprofits.
Ms. Johnston is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco?s Community Advisory Council and has served on more than 40 boards, councils and commissions locally and nationally. She believes in disrupting herself first and is actively seeking ideas.
Thursday November 7th - noon to 1:15pm, come and be part of our luncheon. We will celebrate the good work that has been done.
The world is ever changing. But for Rotarians, there are a few things that remain.
- Building strong, personal and professional relationships
- Clear ethics to guide our decisions
- Passion to make a difference in our community, country and world
We would love to have you visit as our guest. Message me if interested.
