Together everyone achieves more - that is what they say about the power of a team. As our community rebuilds, Rotarians are part of that team. Last week, a group of our members helped our neighbors at Black Wall Street AVL clean up some of the devastating impacts of Hurricane Helene. It's a small step on a very long road, but we are in this together. #Rotariansatwork #ServiceAboveSelf Rotary International

Our President Elect David Mans with fellow Rotarians Steve and Gina Schmitt delivering a trailer containing a water filtration system to Verner School of Early Learning in Swannanoa. It can filter up to 20,000 gallons of water per day and it will provide potable water to at least 300 families and will allow Verner to begin using its kitchen for cooking. Photos include one of Dave and Jessica May, Vice President of Philanthropy & Marketing at Verner celebrating this shared effort to help our community have more access to clean water! Want to join us in our rebuilding efforts you can give directly to our community through our Rotary WNC Disaster Relief Fund. We will be sharing updates on all the ways we are able to support rebuilding with your help! https://lnkd.in/eeDGRuam Rotary International #ServiceAboveSelf #RotariansInAction
