This morning, the Rotary Club of Lemoore hosted our annual bed build, as part of our ongoing partnership with Sleep In Heavenly Peace. ?????? For the past 4 years, the Rotary Club of Lemoore has partnered with Sleep In Heavenly Peace Visalia to purchase materials to build brand new beds for children in our community who are sleeping on the floor. In addition to building the beds, we provide brand new mattresses, bedding, and quilts for the kids. To date, we have funded and built 143 beds, raising $31,100 for this project, to reach those most in need. ???? We want to express our appreciation for the Leprino Foods Company Foundation for donating $12,500 to this year’s project, fully funding 50 beds. The Leprino Foods Lemoore East Plant team showed up to help build beds with us, alongside the Lemoore Middle College High School Interact Club! ???? We also want to thank City of Lemoore Mayor Patricia Matthews for continuing to build beds with us the past few years, and all our incredible community volunteers! ????? We are grateful for Robinson’s Interiors for their continued support, providing their warehouse space for the construction and assembly of today’s beds. ?????
