The Mission of RotaCare Bay Area Inc. is to bring free medical care for the relief of pain and suffering to those who have the most need and the least acess to medical care. We have 12 clinics around the San Francisco Bay Area that are staffed by Volunteers. We have a small staff of paid employees that run the clinics and work to fundraise for the clinics. At RotaCare, our mission is to enhance access to healthcare in Santa Clara County by removing financial barriers. In collaboration with the Rotary Club of San Jose, Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, and the Order, we operate the Rotary Mobile Medical Clinic. This fully equipped mobile clinic provides free healthcare to uninsured adults (18+), including routine and urgent care, chronic condition management (such as diabetes and hypertension), physical and gynecological exams, and referral services for specialized care, with Spanish-speaking interpreters available.
