Spanning 22,600 square feet, the property boasts a contemporary design inside and out, featuring sleek finishes and a modern layout. Each townhouse includes three bedrooms, a well-sized kitchen, two and a half bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a backyard patio on the first floor. These features make the multi-family complex a beautiful new addition to both the Bentonville area and our portfolio. We would also like to take this time to thank our team members Greg Ferus, Heath Dawson, and Miles Jackson for their work on this project. At the Springfield Contractor's Association Salute Awards Banquet last night, we had the honor of receiving the Design Team of the Year award alongside Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective, Miller Engineering, Own Inc., and Touché Design Co. This accolade was in recognition of our joint efforts on the new youth center at James River Church in Ozark, MO. We extend our congratulations to every member of the design team for their dedication, especially our RCG team members who exemplified one of our core values through this project: quality and our unwavering commitment to upholding that standard.

Yesterday, we celebrated our second annual RCG Chili Cook-Off! Both our Springfield & Bentonville offices hosted, with a total of twenty participants providing many different kinds of amazing chili (and cinammon rolls, courtesy of our Project Accountant Katherine Hounslow.) At our Springfield office, Superintendent Kyler Ennis won with his "It's Getting Cold in Here" chili. At our Bentonville office, the winner was Superintendent Joren Kauffman with his "Better Than Kelly's Chili" chili. Both are pictured on slides one and 2 (respectively) with their chili cook-off chef's hat and their buff chili pepper trophies. The renovation of Swann Dermatology Partners' office on Independence Street in Springfield, MO, is complete. This 12,257 sq. ft. project was carried out in two phases on the first and second floors. Phase 1, completed in March, involved demolishing and refurbishing the ground floor, transforming eight exam rooms, an X-ray facility, a lab, storage, a nurse's station, laundry room, workspace, and lobby with a beauty bar. Phase 2, finishing this month, renovated the upper level with eleven exam rooms, five offices, two nurse's stations, a call center, a conference room, utility rooms, a large lab, and a waiting area. Project Manager Matt Flattem, Superintendent Boyd Bratton, and the teams at Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective and Swann Dermatology Partners did an excellent job on this renovation. Fall has come, and with it six October Ross-iversaries. The new James River Church Youth Center is complete! Last month, the 61,360 square foot addition to the Ozark, MO, church campus celebrated its grand opening with its members and the community as a whole. This project included the transformation of the existing fitness center into a new youth auditorium, youth office area, and design office area. We also built a new addition that included a new youth gathering area, cafe, basketball gym, and entry lobby, as well as renovating some of their existing atrium and restroom areas. This project could not have been completed without the architects at Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective, the interior decorators at Touché Design Co., the civil and structural engineers at OWN Engineering, the staff at James River Church, and of course, our very own RCG team members. The drive is for diapers and for birthday supplies for the Wish I May foundation, which provides birthday bags for families unable to throw their children a birthday party due to financial insecurity.
