From minibinder design to ligand docking, protein-protein interactions, and non-canonical amino acids, last week's Rosetta Workshop at Vanderbilt University covered it all! Many thanks to the Jens Meiler lab for hosting us for a hands-on crash course in RFdiffusion, proteinMPNN, and the many Rosetta Commons tools and strategies that go into implementing computational protein design workflows. It was a real treat to learn from these leaders in the field in the context of practical applications.

Last week, I presented my research on the thermal stability of de novo designed miniproteins at Winter RosettaCon and learned about many ongoing exciting research projects in the field of protein design. Thank you to the Rosetta Commons community for organizing such an incredible conference and allowing me to share my work, and congrats to my labmates who also presented!
