Rosenau Engineering is a veteran-owned, professional limited liability civil engineering firm established in 2017. Our focus is on stormwater inspections, but we provide a wide range of land development civil engineering services. We are licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida; however, we are currently concentrating our efforts in the communities in and around Union County. We are a small, family-orientated company, located just outside of Charlotte in the Village of Lake Park. Our size allows us to be nimble and provide our clients with the personal attention they deserve. We are committed to providing quality work by a licensed professional and strongly believe in our core values of honesty, innovation, positivity and environmental responsibility.
