Today, Carla Spainhour spoke to Walmart Associates at the new Sam Walton Hall on the recently opened Walmart Home Office Campus. Carla discussed the responsibilities of serving on non-profit boards and provided an in-depth discussion of the Duty of Care, Duty of Loyalty, and Duty of Obedience for individuals serving on non-profit boards. Today, we welcome home the prestigious statue of Uriah M. Rose, our firm's namesake. The statue was previously on display from 1917 to 2024 in the United States Capitol's National Statuary Hall. ? Mr. Rose's statue is made of marble and was created by sculptor Frederick Ruckstull. We are pleased to have it on display at Rose Law Firm.?We would like to recognize Brian Rosenthal for the countless hours he spent securing Mr. Rose’s statue.
