Celebrating 100 years of success. In 1925, Rose Associates completed its first development on Barnes Avenue in the Bronx. Building on this success, the company expanded into Manhattan with the development of Goodhue House at 20 East 35h Street in 1937, followed by The Westmore at 333 West 57th Street in 1940 (pictured below).

Team Tour Centennial Year Edition! At Rose, connection and community are at the heart of our culture. This year, our monthly team tours are even more special as we celebrate our centennial. As part of our Black History Month celebration, our employee resource group, Melanated brought colleagues together for a paint and sip night. This evening of creativity and celebration fostered connection and gave our team an opportunity for artistic expression while reflecting on and honoring the contributions and legacy of African Americans throughout U.S. history and society.
