Our firm advised PAI Partners on its agreement to sell a significant minority stake in European Camping Group (ECG) to a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). PAI will remain the majority shareholder of ECG following completion of the contemplated transaction, which is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
