Our Executive Director, Selena Darrow, was joined by Alex Galt from the City of Green Bay on Monday on Local 5 Live to share the benefits of induction cooking and demonstrate a Chicken Pesto Pasta with Spinach, Edamame & Toasted Almonds recipe. David Stauffacher started volunteering for our Cooking for the Community program last summer and quickly became a regular. Just recently, his daughter Sydney started joining us and they make a dynamic duo in the kitchen. Thank you both for sharing your time and talents with Rooted In!!!!!
