Navigating Grief Join us as we begin an Online Grief Support Group in February for those who have experienced the death of a loved one. Meeting Thursdays, starting 2/20/25* from 11:30am - 1:00pm MT for 4 weeks online *(Dates: 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13) Topics: Identity Impacts after Loss, Unfinished Business (Things Left Undone), Connections / Continuing Bonds with The Deceased, Coping Skills for Real Life Investment $100 (includes 4- 90min group sessions) Grief Support Groups are a key support for people who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Individuals feeling stuck, frustrated, hopeless, confused, or tired of their grief This type of support works well in addition to individual therapy. Adults 18+ who have experienced grief/loss.
