The journey from R&D to Production isn't a single leap. It's a deliberate evolution through three critical phases: ?? Phase 1: Functionality Making sure it WORKS is the first priority. Early prototypes focus on core performance above all else. ?? Phase 2: Reliability Now we need to make sure it works CONSISTENTLY. At this stage we're adding in circuits, considering real-world conditions, and planning for possible errors. ?? Phase 3: Manufacturability How do we transition to building at scale?
