Wednesday brought the 3??rd Root to Rise CNY retreat to Vanderkamp, facilitated Tracy Dando, Jaime "JJ" Weisberg and Meghan Thomas. So many people walking in the door, having no idea what to expect, fearing the unknown, but also craving the opportunity and the what if. We are always amazed by the bravery and beauty that comes out of just one day when we give permission to ourselves to just be. Thank you to all of the participants that open their hearts and souls with Meg, Jaime and I. We hold the space, yet you come in and make the magic happen. The bravery matched with the surrender is one of my favorite parts to witness and we feel honored to take part in each one of your journeys.
