Our team recently completed the renovation of the historic Ford Engineering Lab, reopening just in time for its 100th anniversary. We modernized 220,000 square feet to create a dynamic workspace for Ford Motor Company’s employees. The revitalized FEL now features collaborative workstations, sit-stand desks and a variety of huddle and conference rooms, all crafted to support diverse work styles and elevate the employee experience. Excited to share our recent air tempering installation at one of North America's largest production plants! Spanning 1,249 acres, this facility now features roughly 5.5 miles of chilled water piping, ranging from 4 inches to 24 inches, along with a state-of-the-art 9,000-ton Chiller Plant that delivers tempered air throughout both the Plant and Body Shop. This upgrade will help maintain temperature during the summer months creating a more comfortable working environment, ultimately boosting efficiency and moral! #Roncelli #Construction

Yesterday, we broke ground on The Reckmeyer by Basco! This 8-story, 80-unit development will bring affordable housing to Detroit’s historic Paradise Valley. City leaders, including Mayor Mike Duggan, City Council President Mary Sheffield, and more, joined to celebrate this exciting milestone for the community.
