This year, a group of dedicated and inspiring individuals came together to run the TCS New York City Marathon in support of our mission - supporting families with children who are actively undergoing treatment in NYC. Not only did this team push their physical limits by conquering one of the most iconic marathons in the world, but they also went above and beyond by raising over $432K to support the families of critically ill children who rely on our House for a place to stay, comfort, and care during some of the toughest times of their lives. This effort speaks volumes about the power of community, compassion, and collaboration. Every mile they ran, every dollar they raised, is a testament to their commitment to making a difference in the lives of families facing unimaginable challenges. We are beyond proud of this incredible team – your dedication, resilience, and heart are truly inspiring. Together, you’ve shown that when we come together for a cause close to our heart, we can accomplish anything. A special note of appreciation for Team RBC who showed up not only in numbers but also with so much heart and passion for our mission. Their commitment helped this year’s team surpass our $300,00 goal by over $132,000. We are so proud to have partners like you on our team ?? #NYCMarathon #Teamwork #GivingBack #RonaldMcDonaldHouse #Inspiration #Community #MakingADifference #Philanthropy

??? This just in! Our very own, Sharon C. Jones, is on the top of City & State’s list for Who’s Who in Communications. Over the past year, Jones has secured and managed over $1 million in pro-bono contributions and grants, including Pfizer’s 2024 inaugural “EDGE for Health Equity Sprint.” She also led a successful brand refresh with Weber Shandwick, informing a 30% increase in impact across family-centered care programs and services throughout the five boroughs and beyond. Her partnerships also allowed RMH-NY to evolve and expand its social media operations and create a communications strategy for a borough-wide health equity coalition, and ultimately, bolster fundraising efforts.?
