RMHC CTX recently launched our newest Happy Wheels Cart at Texas Children's Hospital North Austin Campus! Sponsored by Primrose Schools in the Greater Austin Area, we are excited to begin serving pediatric and NICU patients in this new hospital. RMHC CTX now proudly operates seven Happy Wheels Carts, serving nine hospitals in the Central Texas area. These carts, powered by dedicated volunteers and stocked by generous donors, are pushed through pediatric hospital hallways, delivering comfort items such as snacks, blankets, toys, books, and toiletries directly to a child’s bedside. This year alone, RMHC CTX has already served over 16,300 individuals through the Happy Wheels Cart program, distributing over 24,200 comfort items to families and children in Central Texas hospitals.
