Welcome to Romulus Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee and developer of IHOP restaurants. From our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, Romulus operates IHOP restaurants in Arizona, Idaho, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, New Mexico, Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee, and Ohio. Founded and led by owner/CEO Chris Milisci, Romulus has consistently ranked in the “Franchisee Top 100” by the Restaurant Finance Monitor and received numerous awards from IHOP corporate including Franchisee of the Year. Both Mr. Milisci and Romulus give back to our community and have been recognized for their charitable work.     Romulus Restaurant Group brought together our incredible District Managers from across the country to Phoenix, Arizona, this week to learn, grow, and strengthen our leadership in 2025! We’re especially excited to welcome our 12 new restaurants and District Managers from Tulsa, Oklahoma, into the Romulus family. As we continue to expand—now operating over 100 IHOPs across 11 states—we remain committed to our core values: being the employer of choice, muscle-building our talent, and enriching our communities. Here’s to an exciting year of growth and success!     Romulus had a great week at IHOP Global Franchise Conference in Indianapolis. We were incredibly humbled to be awarded with “The Heart of IHOP”. We were recognized for our commitment to our employees and our communities. We strive daily to live our core values as an organization, of improving the lives of the individuals that power us and the communities that welcome us. Romulus believes in our People, Passion, and Principles. Without our people we would not be the organization we are today, and we look forward to what the future brings for all of us.

  • Restaurants cannot survive without our exceptional employees and wonderful customers. But, often overlooked, and crucial to the success of a restaurant are the dedicated vendor partners supplying goods and services so that the restaurants may provide for those employees and customers. Every year at our Annual Business Conference Romulus Restaurant Group makes it a point to let our vendors know how much we appreciate them. This year, was well deserved, to our fantastic partners at Rosnet and specifically our dedicated CRM Jared Lewis. Jared puts in countless hours for our very particular requests and demands along with forward thinking to help us improve our business. We are grateful and thankful, and look forward to growing our business in to the future with ROSnet and Jared by our sides! Congratulations!
