Today at our 111th Annual Meeting, we honored the late Bill Guglielmo. Bill dedicated 50 years of his life to working for the Chamber, retiring as President in January. Bill is greatly missed and we will honor his legacy as the Chamber moves onward.

The Rome Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the City of Rome and Oneida County, is now accepting applications for its Rome Business Emergency Fund. The fund will be used to provide financial aid to Rome businesses that suffered hardships from the F2 confirmed tornado and storm. This Wednesday, Center for Leadership Excellence at MVCC held a graduation for its Leadership Academy, Neighborhoods Rising, Supervisors Institute, and Leadership Mohawk Valley classes. The Rome Chamber's own Marketing Coordinator, Ryan Gros, is a proud graduate of this year's Leadership Mohawk Valley program! Congratulations to Ryan and all the graduates! And kudos to all the businesses (we ?? you Rome Chamber members) for investing in their greatest assets - their people!
