John exemplifies his culture by prioritizing the team's collaboration rather than individual contributions.

We are pleased to welcome Clay Scherer, Ph.D., as our new Group Vice President of Technical Services. In his role, Clay will oversee the Technical Services, Quality Assurance, Termite Warranty Claims, and Regulatory teams. With a strong background in developing customer-focused solutions, we look forward to Clay's expertise in expanding our reach into key global pest management markets. Happy Native American Heritage Month! In celebration, we’re proud to highlight our Native American teammates and their traditions. Today, we recognize Lani Michelle Murdaugh, pictured below with her father. Lani embraces her roots by participating in traditional powwows—a vibrant expression of culture, community, and connection. 

Neil Bloyd of Northwest Exterminating and Ben Hottel of Rollins, Inc. presented at the National Pest Management Association's Pest World Conference in Denver, Colorado last week. In their presentation, “Electrifying Backyard Mosquito Management Programs,” they introduced different electric backpack mist blowers that can be used to treat mosquitos. Great job, Neil and Ben! The rest of the Rollins Entomology Department joined them to support and thoroughly enjoyed the welcome ceremony pictured below.

Congratulations to our very own CIO, Renee Pearson, for being named a finalist for the 2024 Women In Technology (WIT) Woman of the Year Enterprise award! Nominees for this award are women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math who exemplify leadership in business and make a difference in their communities. Rollins teammates from our Women+ ERG and other groups within the company attended the banquet in support of Renee and WIT. Way to go, Renee!

The Rollins team delivered a strong third quarter, despite disruption to operations from Hurricane Helene in late September. We continue to think of our teammates and customers who were impacted by unprecedented weather.
