We are thrilled to collaborate once again with Genesis Motor America to honor the meaningful relationships developed at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). On August 22nd in Atlanta, Georgia, our campaign “Because We Met” reached a triumphant conclusion with an uplifting event that spotlighted esteemed guests and alumni from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). The evening began with a glamorous Black Carpet reception featuring the impressive 2025 GV80. The energy was heightened by an exhilarating drumline performance from the FAMU Marching 100 Alumni Band Association. The centerpiece of the event was a heartfelt fireside chat with recording artist @SevynStreeter and FAMU graduate Enitan Bereola, II. They shared the "GENESIS" of their creative journeys and emphasized the crucial impact HBCUs have as cultural pillars. We are thankful for the chance to contribute to the promotion of Black excellence and celebrate the rich talents within the HBCU alumni community.
