Roland Park Civic League Inc was established in 1895 and incorporated in 1907 as a civic governing body that addresses matters affecting the interests of its residents. Our purpose is to foster the common good and welfare of members, to take action on those matters of mutual interest, and to otherwise represent the people of Roland Park. The neighborhood was annexed to the city of Baltimore in 1918.
