Launchpad for Women is a collaboration between ROI Training and Google Cloud designed to equip women with the cloud and AI skills needed to thrive in an increasingly tech-driven world. Through a carefully curated curriculum and world-class instruction, participants with diverse backgrounds and experience levels gain knowledge in Google Cloud technologies and prepare for the Google Cloud Digital Leader Certification exam. This initiative equips women with the skills they need to thrive in the cloud and AI space, and we're proud to see it empowering over 7,800 participants from 500+ organizations with 95% of the participants rating the program excellent. ?? We are thrilled to announce our Launchpad for Women program has been honored with a Brandon Hall Group Gold Award for Best Leadership Development Program for Women! ?? This prestigious recognition underscores our commitment to female leadership and driving diversity and inclusion within the technology industry. Launchpad for Women is a collaboration between ROI Training and Google Cloud designed to equip women with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in cloud computing and generative AI. Through a carefully curated curriculum and world-class instruction, participants gain expertise in Google Cloud technologies and prepare for the coveted Google Cloud Digital Leader certification. The program's inaugural iterations were a resounding success with 7,600+ participants trained, resulting in 1400+ certifications to-date in just 5 months. Feedback on the Launchpad initiative has been fantastic with 95% of the participants rating the program excellent, demonstrating the effectiveness of our approach in empowering women and creating a more equitable tech landscape. We are proud to continue building upon this momentum and expanding our efforts to support female professionals in their career journeys. ??
