The team at RohmTek had fun heading back to the Bureau of Economic Geology Core Research Center in Austin, Texas. It was especially fun for the UT alumni Evan Sivil, Michael Nieto, and Nathan Ganser to work on new core projects in the old stomping grounds. Great chance to use the Tinyperm III to produce permeability measurements at the same scale as XRF and to compare the data with plugs analyzed using traditional lab techniques back in Houston.
