Southern Oregon Builds is a Multi-Trades Pre-Apprenticeship program serving Jackson and Josephine Counties, designed to prepare job seekers for careers in the skilled trades. Established in response to a community need identified by Rogue Workforce Partnership, the program was created to provide hands-on training and career pathways in high-demand trades. Standup for the program was supported with grant funding through Future Ready Prosperity 10,000 ARPA.
