I’m KICKING myself for not recording the first Rogue Water Lab Convergence Gathering yesterday. For 45 minutes straight, #2024CatalystExperience guests shared how they’ve better engaged ratepayers at community meetings in California, talked with their leadership teams in Cincinnati and Detroit, are restructuring their plant tours in Texas, have started book clubs in New York, and so, so much more. All this just ONE MONTH post Catalyst! It was an inspiring testament to the impact a little inspiration and community can have on a group. I’m so looking forward to the brain trust that this Convergence Cohort will become over the next 11 months. Thanks to Guy Choate for being the group’s first Guest sharer — He kept us laughing and inspired as he shared examples of creating a work culture employees want to be a part of and creating team gatherings that are anticipated all year. Thanks Guy and Garver!

Rogue partnered with Arkansas Rural Water Association and the #ARwaterYPnetwork for #NationalApprenticeshipWeek. About 70 water professionals representing almost 40 utilities across the state are here upskilling to return home and better serve their communities.
