A game changer in construction layouts! We experienced the extraordinary power of the HP SitePrint at our UpperRoom Church project in Dallas. In just one day, SitePrint laid out 15,000 sqft of wall layouts, wall-type tags, AV receptacles, fire protection hangers and heads, door swings, door tags, and even the hardware schedule. When UPPERROOM Dallas needed a new worship space to call home, they entrusted RO to craft one that will serve their needs for years to come. This transformative 28,500 SF project in South Dallas is now a vibrant worship building, featuring a 600-seat sanctuary with standing-room capacity for 1,600 people, a dedicated prayer room, and state-of-the-art audio-visual technology. The project also includes administration support spaces, a welcoming coffee shop, and a covered outdoor plaza, along with a new 50-space parking lot to accommodate visitors. We're proud to have played a role in bringing this vision to life, creating a space for the UPPERROOM community to gather.

?? New Project Alert! ?? Houston Methodist has awarded Rogers-O'Brien the construction of the new Cinco Ranch Comprehensive Care Center in Richmond, TX. Partnering with BSA LifeStructures, this 3-story, 65,760 SF facility will feature departments such as Imaging, PT/OT, Same Day Clinic, Lab, Blood Draw, Orthopedics, Specialty Care, and Primary Care. This center will bring much-needed medical services to the area, and we are proud to be part of building a better Texas. Stay tuned as we bring this project to life!

Got to represent Rogers-O'Brien Construction at the celebration of 40 years of the CSM program at TXST on Friday night! As an alumna, I couldn't be more proud of the program's progress and dedication to their students. Their absolute determination to be truly relevant and keep students current with the ever changing industry has truly set them apart and it is no wonder they've made it 40 years, and have another 40 to go. I'm also ever proud to represent RO, a critical part of TXST's Construction Advisory Board, giving back to students in their endeavors to grow and learn. I'm grateful to our leadership for giving us the opportunity for a homecoming and supporting the next leaders in our company. Once a bobcat, always a bobcat! #TXST
