We're excited to announce the financial closing of Calypso at Ballpark Village, our latest Arizona venture! Located in Goodyear, a suburb of Phoenix, this project will bring 203 affordable units to the area. The community will offer residents an array of amenities, including a clubroom, fitness center, outdoor pool and patio, game room, work-from-home lounge, dog run, and playground. The team at Roers Companies celebrated two closings yesterday in Casa Grande, Arizona! Alma Apartments will provide 216 affordable units set at or below 60% area median income (AMI). Emberwood includes 176 affordable units designated for renters aged 55+. Both projects will feature a mix of desirable amenities such as a central clubhouse with a community room, fitness room, pickleball court, swimming pool, co-working space, picnic areas, and carport parking with solar panels. It takes a lot of hard work and tenacity to get to this development milestone.
