The global M&A community is showing the worst closed deal trend in some time. Roebling is bucking that trend having recently closed more deals in Q1 than we did the prior 1.5 years.

Consumers plan to cut back on discretionary spending, especially in apparel, footwear, and electronics, with Gen X and Gen Z leading the trend. However, spending on cruises, international flights, and home improvement is expected to rise as spring break approaches.
