When the ASAP II Safety System is paired with a 3-position trigger deadman, the operator can normally shut down the ASAP without releasing compressed air and grit. The blaster can shut off the blast air and grit flow before opening the pinch ram to the exhaust port, allowing the operator to safely shift and make minor adjustments. This function helps cut down on wear at the pinch point, extending the life of the discharge hose and reducing the need for maintenance.

The 1-2 adapter fits 1/2” - 7/8” thick wall blast hoses, while the 3-4 adapter fits 1/4” - 3/8” thick wall blast hoses.
