Previously, Niraj was a Vice President at Citi Markets & Banking, responsible for the pricing, structuring, and distribution of subordinated debt and leveraged loan positions in the Commercial Real Estate group. Prior to Citi he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Transaction Services practice, providing M&A advisory services. Niraj holds a BS in Accounting and International Business from Penn State University and is a member of the CRE Finance Council. He also sits on the Penn State Smeal College of Business Real Estate Advisory Board.
