Rock Nashville ?? Looking more and more real everyday We expect tenants on campus before the end of the year!
Rock Nashville is moving right along—panels are up, roofs are on, and exterior finishes are in progress. Inside, MEP work is wrapping up and tenant build-outs are underway for Soundcheck Nashville and Clair Global. With around 130 people on site each day, we’re on track for a Q4 2025 completion.

We appreciate our friends at Leadership Lancaster ??
The 2025 Executive Class hit the road yesterday for an incredible County Tour session, immersing themselves in the diverse industries, history, and culture that make Lancaster County so unique! We kicked off the day at Penn Medicine Park, where Mike Reynolds, President and General Manager of the Lancaster Stormers, welcomed the class with a tour of the stadium. From there, we ventured to eastern Lancaster County to visit a local family farm, where we were joined by Jeff Swinehart, President and CEO of The Lancaster Farmland Trust, and Stephanie Denton, Community Engagement Manager. They shared insights on the importance of farmland preservation and discussed meaningful ways the class can get involved in the mission to protect Lancaster County’s rich agricultural heritage. Next, we made our way to POD 2 at Rock Lititz, where innovation and creativity take center stage in the world of live entertainment production. After that, we headed into Lancaster City for an enriching tour of LancasterHistory and The Wheatland, diving deep into the historical significance of our county and its lasting impact. We ended the day with a behind-the-scenes tour of the Fulton Theatre, led by Richard Bowen, where participants got an exclusive look at what it takes to bring a production to life, from the initial stages of planning to the final breathtaking performances on stage. A huge thank you to Heather Valudes, CCE of the Lancaster Chamber for serving as our incredible MC and tour guide, helping to make this an unforgettable experience!
