Our elementary teachers are subject experts who specialize in either Humanities or STEM. This allows teachers to develop much deeper expertise in their subject matter and creates a collaborative grade-level team that works together to develop classroom management strategies, create lesson plans, and engage parents. Our Special Educators partner with general educators, co-teaching alongside them in the classroom and collaborating to develop accessible instruction.

At our schools, coaching is a collaboration. Our team of school leaders provides instructional frameworks, professional development, and one-to-one coaching for teachers every single week.
