The top three players in the final ranking will earn invitations to participate in THE JOHN SHIPPEN Men’s Invitational presented by Rocket. We are excited to announce the return of THE JOHN SHIPPEN for the 2025 season.? ? THE JOHN SHIPPEN National Women’s Invitational will take place on June 3-4 at Blythefield Country Club. The winner will receive an exemption to compete in the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give (June 12–15) and will also gain entry into the Dow Championship, scheduled for June 26–29 in Midland, Michigan.? ? ? Additionally, THE JOHN SHIPPEN National Men’s Invitational is set for June 21–22 at Detroit Golf Club. The champion of this event will earn an exemption into the PGA TOUR’s Rocket Classic (June 25–29).? ? ? Dreams become reality in the winner’s circle. We have a new look for the Rocket Classic alongside Rocket. Detroit’s annual PGA TOUR golf tournament is heading into its seventh year and will now be known by a new name – the Rocket Classic.? ? Following the recent announcement of a refreshed brand identity by the tournament’s Detroit-based title sponsor, Rocket, the tournament today unveiled its simplified new name and logo. The tournament’s website has transitioned to www.RocketClassic.com and its social media accounts remain unchanged - @RocketClassic on Facebook, X, Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube.? ? Designed to position Rocket as one of the most influential and inclusive brands in America, the updated visual identity unifies the company’s diverse services under the overarching “Rocket” brand, creating a seamless and impactful end-to-end homeownership experience. As part of this effort, the company has introduced a reimagined logo, wordmark, typeface, and color palette that celebrates the modern American dream of homeownership.?

The #RocketMortgageClassic and Rocket Mortgage are proud to announce that we raised nearly $1.5 million to support local Detroit nonprofits in 2024, pushing the tournament’s total charitable contributions since its inception in 2019 to nearly $10 million. Last night at the annual PGA TOUR meetings, the Rocket Mortgage Classic was awarded the Fair Way and Best Volunteer Program Awards! This year marks the third time that the Rocket Mortgage Classic has been honored with the Fair Way Award, and we are the only tournament to have ever received it! This award recognizes the tournament that excels at diversity, inclusion and social responsibility. We're so proud to be able to?celebrate and give back to the community that we love! The Best Volunteer Program is an incredible recognition. We rely on a group of approximately 1,300 volunteers each year who serve in a variety of roles to help make our tournament a success. It is an honor to provide our volunteers with a best in class experience. To each and every one of our volunteers, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This award is as much yours as it is ours.
