    Over the past two weeks, I had the opportunity to visit two of Rocket55’s clients and talk with their teams about the power of employee advocacy and how leveraging social media can boost their professional presence while driving business growth. I love having real conversations that demystify social media and make it feel less daunting. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being consistent and authentic. Even if you fall off track (which happens to me more often than I’d like to admit), the key is to get back to posting when you’re ready. There’s nothing wrong with stepping away when you need a break. A few of the key takeaways I shared: ?? Start small: Engaging in small, meaningful ways like liking, sharing or commenting can make a big impact. ?? Share your expertise: Whether it’s industry insights or company wins, your voice adds credibility and builds trust. ?? Be human: Authentic, relatable content performs better than overly polished posts. Don’t overthink it. Just share your perspective. ?? Support the brand: Amplifying company content helps grow the business while also boosting your personal visibility.     In today’s fast-moving digital world, attention spans are shorter than ever. You’ve got about 3 seconds to make a clear impression on your website. That’s it. Does your website pass the 3-second test? Here it is: 1. What do you sell? - Is it obvious at first glance? 2. Who do you sell it to? - Can your ideal customer recognize that they're in the right place? 3. How will I benefit if I buy from you? - What makes you better than the competition? 4. Do I know what to do next and can I easily do it? - Is there a clear next step, like learning more, signing up, or making a purchase? Is it easy to take that action? Try this test on your own website. Even better - ask someone outside your industry to do it. If they can’t answer these four questions in 3 seconds, it’s time to refine your messaging and perhaps your site's user experience. Simplicity wins. Clarity converts
