#NITIADP | We recently conducted a baseline evaluation in 3 districts - Guna (Madhya Pradesh), Baran (Rajasthan) and Siddharthnagar (Uttar Pradesh) - to assess the impact of our Early Childhood Education (ECE) initiatives on Anganwadi Workers (AWWs), parental behaviour, and children's learning outcomes. This marked a key milestone in our partnership with NITI Aayog under the Aspirational Districts Programme (ADP), aimed at strengthening ECE in 10 aspirational districts across Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. The data from this study is now being analysed to refine our approach and enhance foundational learning interventions. Stay tuned for more insights as we work towards transforming early childhood education! #RocketLearning #NITIAayog #EarlyEducation #ECCE #AspirationalDistricts #EarlyEducationForAll #Partnership #Government #ChildDevelopment

Our Educator Professional Development programme in Uttar Pradesh is making great strides! ?? The programme is a series of training sessions for better and more effective delivery of Early Childhood Education to the Anganwadi workers using different training modules. With several districts in Uttar Pradesh successfully completing Module 1, we recently conducted a mock training session in Lucknow to ensure the seamless execution of Module 2. These training sessions not only train Anganwadi workers but also equip our on-ground teams with the skills and confidence to drive impactful change. ??? Every training session is a great step towards bringing inclusive and quality early education to every child. #RocketLearning #TeacherTraining #EarlyEducationForAll #ECCE #Anganwadi #CapacityBuilding #Training #FieldWork

With AI, we’re not just supporting education; we’re empowering them to take full control and steer their own way forward." – Mr. Vishal Sunil. #FutureFirst | In our latest #FutureFirst webinar, Dr. Arindam Nandi reveals how boys are more likely to attend private pre-schools, while girls are sent to Anganwadi centres. This reflects the belief among communities that private schools offer better education and also highlights the deep rooted household-level gender biases that persist, despite strong government efforts for universal early education. But here’s the twist! This bias may not necessarily disadvantage girls; in fact, it enables them to achieve the same levels of growth and development as boys by the time they reach primary school. How? Watch the video to find out! ????
