Today was a meaningful day with Rockbrook Equity as we marked significant milestones in both business and community impact. On the same day our team successfully completed a transaction to sell an asset in Fort Worth, we had the privilege of visiting the Michael Unit in Tennessee Colony, about an hour and a half south of Dallas. We were honored to participate in the graduation ceremony for the Life Skills program, a critical initiative aimed at reducing recidivism by equipping inmates with the tools they need to re-enter society successfully. A number of these men will eventually return to our communities, and it's essential they have the skills to lead respectable and productive lives.
