Rock Town River Outfitters in Little Rock was founded by Samuel Ellis in 2017. There are 3 locations. We have a downtown bike shop where we sell some retail items as well as rent out bikes and conduct bike tours. Our River Mountain location next to Two Rivers Park is where we offer kayak rentals and tours on the Little Maumelle River. We also rent out mountain bikes and cruisers out of the River Mountain location. Our third location is at Rockwater Marina. From here, we provide sunset tours on the Arkansas River.
