Huge Congratulations to Eddie Ideler on his retirement with Rock Solid! This month was extra special. Not only did we host our annual company-wide safety meeting, where our entire team flies in to participate, and exercise our first core value (SQP) but we also got to celebrate Eddie Ideler's incredible career with Rock Solid! Eddie's dedication, expertise, and hard work have been instrumental in our success, and we couldn't be more grateful to have him be a part of our team. Getting everyone together under one roof to update our safety training, do some team-building exercises, and cap it off with a show and dinner has become a yearly tradition we all look forward to.

As the holiday season approaches, we want to take a moment to thank all of our clients, partners, and collaborators for your trust and support throughout the year. Working alongside you has been a true pleasure, and we look forward to continuing our partnerships in the year ahead. The AED Foundation and SkillsUSA Illinois hosted over 500 students at Johnsburg High School for the first of many Career Pathways events. Rock Solid was proud to participate in this event that gave students the opportunity to practice interview skills, talk with industry professionals, and operate equipment.
