Even through the cold temperatures, progress is being made in Duluth at Harbor Highlands VI. It’s like watching an assembly line on the hillside. While building 4 is framed and ready for trusses, buildings 1 & 2 are moving into final painting with 3 & 4 just steps behind.?

It's great to see all the hard work come to life, can't wait to see the final product!

What better way to look forward to the New Year than with celebration of a ribbon cutting. Recently, Holiday Station Stores in Shakopee was able to cut the ribbon on another successful project. Thank you to everyone who worked on this project. We look forward to more successful projects in 2025!

Last Friday marked a significant milestone in the journey of Prairie Seeds Academy, as we gathered together for a groundbreaking ceremony in Brooklyn Park. With construction set to commence shortly, the addition of new classrooms and gymnasium will elevate the educational experience and provide even greater opportunities for students and staff. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Prairie Seeds Academy for choosing Rochon to be an integral part of this remarkable expansion project. We are honored to contribute our expertise and craft to help create a nurturing space that aligns with the Academy's vision for education and community engagement.??

Rochon donated 196 pounds of toys to Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP) today. Every year we choose an organization to donate toys to for the holiday season, one of Rochon’s long lasting traditions this time of year!
