#ROC area folks! Love to have your help for a fellow CTRS's research thesis! Share this out to families with a child with a disability and siblings!
I am seeking help with recruiting participants for my masters thesis. My masters thesis aims to explore family leisure in families that have a child with a disability. Specifically my masters aims to explore the sibling experience and relationship in these unique families. Below I have included two sets of my recruitment flyers. I am recruiting both youth and adult participants who have a sibling with an intellectual, developmental or physical disability living in the same household as them. Any support in sharing these flyers would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to continuing to work on this study. The links for participating in each of the studies can be found here: 11-17 year olds: https://lnkd.in/g9VYDACB 18 years and older: https://bit.ly/aultsibling

Share this out across Monroe and Livingston counties!
AutismUp, in collaboration with the Monroe County Sheriff's Department, is proud to distribute FREE Blue Envelopes to individuals on the autism spectrum. The Blue Envelope is a designated holder for a driver’s license, registration, and insurance, designed to improve communication and understanding during a traffic stop. With written instructions on what to do if pulled over, this tool helps both individuals with autism and law enforcement navigate interactions safely and effectively. This initiative is taking place in both Monroe and Livingston County. We’re honored to support this as part of our mission to enhance safety, education, and inclusion.
