We were thrilled to welcome students from the Plastics Technology program at Pennsylvania College of Technology to Rocheleau for an inside look at the world of blow molding innovation! Led by Professor Jose Perez, the group toured our facilities and had the chance to learn directly from Nicholas Rocheleau, Alexander Rocheleau, and Robert Babcock about our processes, equipment, and the real-world applications of what they’re studying in the classroom. This incredible learning experience was made possible thanks to a generous grant from the SPE Blow Molding Division — supporting the next generation of plastics professionals! 🙌 A huge thank you to everyone involved for making this visit such a success. Last week, Rocheleau was proud to have Allison Rocheleau Baker and Zack Rocheleau representing us in Washington, D.C. for the annual Fly-In with PLASTICS (Plastics Industry Association). Zack and Allison met with legislators on Capitol Hill to advocate for issues that matter deeply to our industry, including: ✅ Strengthening recycling infrastructure ✅ Recognizing advanced recycling as a key to a circular economy ✅ Promoting tax and trade policies that support American manufacturing The Fly-In also offered a valuable opportunity to collaborate with industry peers, share ideas, and gain a broader understanding of the political and economic issues shaping our work. Both returned with renewed energy and a deeper sense of purpose; committed to driving sustainable progress and continuing to highlight the role plastic plays as part of the solution.
