I'm really proud of the Robot Advisors on-the-floor teams for Modex and LogiMAT. In the past 2 weeks, Rodrigo, Nate, Paris and I walked a combined 136 miles in 7 days. The result? 76 awesome interviews with robotic automation exhibitors on both sides of the Atlantic. For the first time, we have combined the daily update feeds into one weekly highlight reel for each: the LogiMAT Trade Show and MHI: The Association That Makes Supply Chains Work's Modex. Enjoy and give us feedback. We are always trying to create a better product for you our audience. Thanks!
Great news for fans of Robot Advisors on-the-floor video interview highlights! We have consolidated all of our LogiMAT and Modex videos into 2 highlight reels one for each event. So grab some popcorn, sit back and enjoy the team’s hard work, walking over a combined 136 miles on hard exhibition hall floors over the past 2 weeks. Even if you were there every show day, there is no way you could have seen everything at the LogiMAT Trade Show and MHI: The Association That Makes Supply Chains Work's Modex Trade Show, so take a look and see what we at RA found to be interesting.?And if you feel we missed anything good (and I know we did) include it in the comments, please. Maybe we can catch interviews of those solutions at A3 Robotics' Automate show in Chicago in early May. This is going to be a great session
Planning on installing different Robot Types? You won’t want to miss the panel discussion at Modex that features Robot users Barrett Distribution Centers, Inc., Ocado Group, and Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. Host Chris Lingamfelter from Robot Advisors will ask the panelists about their journey with automation, including how their firms: - Identified the business need - Built the business case - Investigated robotic equipment options - Determined automation project success - Overcame challenges of multiple types of robots - Integrated different equipment and robots Audience members will get the chance to ask questions of the panelists including: Tim Barrett, COO at Barrett Distribution Centers, Sverker Lindbo Linbo, Chief of Emerging Technology at Ocado, and Karli Howe, Senior Director at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. Between them, these companies have collectively deployed: robotic ASRS, picking AMRs, articulated arm robots for both piece and case picking and inventory drones. There will be a lot to learn from this powerful session. “Challenges of Procurement with Multiple Robotic Equipment Types” is sponsored by MHI’s TRG and will be Tuesday, March 12,? 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM at Modex in Atlanta’s GWCC in Theater I. Advanced registration is not required, but if you email [email protected] we will send you a calendar reminder with directions on how to find Theater I.

How is Modex 2024 like Walt Disney World? At Disney one theme park opens an hour before the others (for resident guests anyway). At MHI: The Association That Makes Supply Chains Work's Modex 2024, one Hall opens and hour before the others. Go like a Pro with Robot Advisors Modex ProTips Note the new Modex hours (!): Gone are the days when you could summarize Modex exhibit hours in one sentence. Now, it is more like Disney World where one park opens an hour earlier. Hall A opens at 9am every day (March 11-14), while halls B & C open at 10am with all halls closing at 5pm, except Thursday when all halls open at 9am and all halls close early at 1pm. “Go like a Pro” by 1) following Robot Advisors on LinkedIn for the latest, 2) leveraging Robot Advisors Modex self-guided Modex RobotTour? and 3) checking out Robot Advisors Ultimate Guide to Modex
